PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interpretation support apparatus and an interpretation support program capable of contributing to the improvement of the interpretation technique.SOLUTION: A support program 80 is a program for supporting creation of an interpretation report 50 including a region of interest to focus on in a medical image or a medical care image obtained by examining a patient. The support program causes a computer to function as: a read unit 130 that reads a plurality of interpretation reports 50 created by a plurality of runs of examinations on the same site of the same patient； a difference detection unit 134 that takes one of the plurality of interpretation reports 50 as a detection target interpretation report and the others as comparison target interpretation reports, compares the regions of interest of the interpretation reports, and detects a region of interest, which is present in the comparison target interpretation reports but not present in the detection target interpretation report, as a difference region； and a notification-image distribution unit 136 that, when a difference region is detected, notifies that a difference region has been detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】読影技術の向上に寄与できる読影支援装置、読影支援プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】支援プログラム８０は、患者を検査して得られた医用画像、医療画像において注目すべき注目領域を含む読影レポート５０の作成を支援するためのプログラムであり、共通の患者の共通の部位についての複数回の検査で作成された複数の読影レポート５０を読み込む読込部１３０と、複数の読影レポート５０のうちの１つを検出対象読影レポートとし、残りを比較対象読影レポートとしてこれらの注目領域を比較し、比較対象読影レポートに存在し、検出対象読影レポートに存在しない注目領域を、差分領域として検出する差分検出部１３４と、差分領域が検出された場合に、この旨を通知する通知画像配信部１３６としてコンピュータを機能させる。【選択図】図５
