Loading diapers having substantially airfelt free cores into bags in boxes on pallets in vehicles； where when loaded the vehicle has a load factor between 0.7 and 1 where the load factor = (M/Mmax)/(V/Vmax) where M is the actual weight of the load； Mmax is the maximum possible load for the vehicle/container； V is the actual volume of the load； and Vmax is the capacity for the vehicle/container. Many variable may be considered to maximise the efficiency of each step of the loading. Ideally the In-Bag Stack Height is between 72 and 80mm where In-Bag Stack Height = bag width*10/number of diapers. Ideally the load factor is between 0.81 and 0.95. Preferably the diapers have an in bag compression of 58-62% where in bag compression = (1-(In-Bag Stack Height/height of 10 diapers))*100. Preferably the bending stiffness of each diaper is 285-355N/m. The Bag Utilisation Factor could be 0.027-0.030m/pad where Bag Utilisation Factor = package surface area/(bag count*folded stack length*100).
