PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently achieve an effect of keeping the connected state of a flexible tube against the tension force in the tube axial direction.SOLUTION: A flexible tube connection device includes a male connector member 4 and an engagement cover 5. The male connector member 4 includes an insertion distal end part 9 to be inserted into a first tube 1, and a rear tubular body 10 to be exposed, wherein a second tube 2 is connected to the rear tubular body. The engagement cover 5 includes a tubular fitted part 13 to be attached to the rear tubular body, support pieces 15 extending outward in the radial direction from two places on a distal-end side surface of the fitted part, and a pair of locking members 14 extending in the tube axial direction of the fitted part and supported by the support pieces. Each locking member includes a locking distal end part 19 and a handle 20. A locking projection 21 projecting inward in the shape of a fish hook is formed at the locking distal end part. In the connected state, the locking projection abuts to the outer peripheral surface of the first tube in an area where the insertion distal end part is inserted.
