PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-coated tablet containing calcium folinate in which a decomposition product of folinate of an unknown structure does not increase even if the tablet is exposed to light in an unpacked state, yellowing is suppressed as well, and on which a tablet surface is irradiated with laser and a product name or the like can be clearly printed thereon.SOLUTION: There is provided a film-coated tablet in which a film containing water-soluble polymer and talc is coated as a first layer on an uncoated tablet containing calcium folinate, and a film containing water-soluble polymer, talc and titanium oxide is coated as a second layer on the first layer.
