The present invention relates to imnunoconjugates. In particular embodiments, the present invention relates to immunoconjugates comprising at least one single-chain effector moiety and two or more antigen binding moieties. In addition, the present invention relates to nucleic acid molecules encoding such immunoconjugates, vectors and host cells comprising such nucleic acid molecules. The invention further relates to methods for producing the immunoconjugates of the invention, and to methods of using these immunoconjugates in the treatment of disease.
