The present application discloses a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating arthritis, including a substance targeting miR-204. The present application also discloses markers that can be used for diagnosing arthritis or measuring prognosis and a use thereof. The composition of the present application can effectively treat osteoarthritis by controlling the synthesis of proteoglycans to reduce imbalance in synthesis and degradation of cartilage substrates.본원은 miR-204를 표적으로 하는 물질을 포함하는 관절염 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물을 개시한다. 본원은 또한 관절염 진단 또는 예후 측정에 사용될 수 있는 마커 및 그 용도를 개시한다. 본원의 조성물은 프로테오글리칸의 합성을 조절하여, 연골기질의 합성과 분해의 불균형을 감소시켜 골관절염을 효과적으로 치료할 수 있다.
