The massage unit comprises: a center bar extended in the longitudinal direction； a motion ring connected to cover a part of the circumference of the center bar and performing a reciprocating motion in a predetermined pattern； and a piston module connected to the circumference of the motion ring, formed to be linearly move forward and backward, coming in contact with the user′s neck and performing massage.본 발명에 따른 후두 마사지기는, 사용자 목의 적어도 후두 인접부를 감싸도록 형성되는 프레임 및 상기 프레임 내에 하나 이상 구비되며, 사용자의 목에 접촉되어 마사지를 수행하는 마사지유닛을 포함하며, 상기 마사지유닛은, 길이 방향으로 길게 형성된 중심바, 상기 중심바의 둘레 일부를 감싸도록 연결되어 기 설정된 패턴의 왕복운동을 수행하는 운동링 및 상기 운동링의 둘레에 연결되고, 전후 직선 왕복운동 가능하게 형성되어 사용자의 목에 접촉됨에 따라 마사지를 수행하는 피스톤모듈을 포함한다.
