PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture feed by using bamboo taken from bamboo resources abundant in the world, to effectively utilize and apply unused bamboo resources as feed, and to provide feed, which contributes healthy growth of herbivorous animals and poultry and is safe and low-cost, in large quantity and stably.SOLUTION: Provided is hygienic, reliable and safe bamboo feed, which is obtained by the steps of: cutting a bamboo naturally growing and flourishing； washing, insecticiding, and sterilizing the bamboo； pulverizing the whole bamboo in pieces； sealing the bamboo pieces in a container in air blocked and vacuum packed condition； according to varieties of lactic acid fermentation/ripening and the like, adding flavors that animals like, nutrient components and medicinal components to the vacuum packed bamboo； making the mixture compose a powdery, granular, or pellet-like form； and fermenting and ripening the same.【課題】 本発明の課題は、世界中に有り余る竹資源を、竹を用いた飼料とし製造し、未利用の竹資源を飼料として、有効に利活用し、草食動物、家禽類の健康な育成と安全、安価な飼料の提供を大量に安定的に提供する事である。【解決手段】 本発明に於いては、自然に生え、繁茂した竹を伐採し、洗浄し、殺虫、殺菌した後、竹全体を細かく粉砕し、空気を遮断し、真空パック状態で、容器を密封し、各種の乳酸醗酵熟成等々に伴い動物の好む香料や栄養成分、薬効成分を加え、それらを粉、粒状、ペレット状に構成し、醗酵熟成させ、衛生的で、安心、安全な竹飼料とする事である。【選択図】図１
