PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the state of the skin having atopic dermatitis symptoms and to improve or prevent symptoms such as dryness and itchiness by providing a skin care preparation obtained by combining fructan of a plant-derived graminan structure with a film-forming component and/or a moisturizing component so as to have high safety and to increase water retaining force.SOLUTION: A skin care preparation is prepared by adding a film-forming component and/or a moisturizing component such as sodium hyaluronate, etc., to an aqueous solution prepared by dissolving an extract of fructan of a graminan structure extracted from a plant such as Allium chinense in water. The prepared skin care preparation is applied to the surface of the skin to give an improving effect on a skin state and is effective for atopic dermatitis symptoms.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、植物由来のグラミナン構造フルクタンを皮膜形成成分及び/又は保湿成分と組み合わせた皮膚外用剤を提供することによって、安全性が高く、水分保持力を高めることによりアトピー性皮膚炎症状を持つ肌の状態を整え、乾燥やかゆみなどの症状を改善あるいは予防することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明に係る皮膚外用剤は、ラッキョウ等の植物から抽出されたグラミナン構造フルクタン抽出物を水に溶解して調製した水溶液に、ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム等の皮膜形成成分及び/又は保湿成分を添加して作製することができる。作製した皮膚外用剤を肌表面に塗布することで、皮膚状態の改善効果が得られ、アトピー性皮膚炎症状に有効である。【選択図】なし
