The invention provides a kit comprising an absorbent article and a wrapper for said absorbent article. The wrapper is defined by a boundary. The wrapper com-prises at least one slit which partitions said wrapper to de-fine a strip thereof, said strip being arranged such that the absorbent article may be rolled and/or folded within the wrapper and retained in a rolled and/or folded configura-tion by means of said strip. The invention also provides a method for disposal of an absorbent article.
