PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infiltration-proof instrument, having the effects of further making infiltration give up.
SOLUTION: The infiltration-proof instrument includes a pipe 2 movable when subjected to external force and spring members 4a and 4b each one end of which is fixed on the pipe 2, while the other end is fixed on a vertical lattice 103 provided adjacently to the pipe 2, and connecting the vertical lattice 103 and the pipe 2. This infiltration-proof instrument works, such that the spring members 4a and 4b are deformed by external force applied on the pipe 2, and when the external force is eliminated, the spring members 4a and 4b are restored to their predeformed state due to springy force which results in restoring the pipe 2 to its prior movable state.
