PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting mat good in applicability, excellent in maintenance properties after planting, and effective in cost reduction, in greening construction.SOLUTION: As for the planting mat, the lower layer of the mat comprises a palm fiber planting base 2, the upper layer comprises a biodegradable sheet 3 made of weedproof material, the biodegradable sheet 3 is provided with at least one cut 4, and a cell seedling G belonging to the genus lilium Ophiopogon or the genus Liriope is planted in the cut 4.
