The present invention relates to a non-aqueous cosmetic composition which comprises adenosine, polyhydric alcohol, polyglyceryl fatty acid ester, and oil parts as active ingredients. According to the present invention, the solubility of water-soluble adenosine against oil is increased and the stability is increased when a high pressure emulsifier is used for producing the cosmetic composition comprising adenosine, thus non-aqueous cosmetic materials can be developed without a crystal phenomenon.본 발명은 아데노신, 다가알콜, 폴리글리세릴지방산에스테르 및 오일부를 유효성분으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 고압유화기를 이용하여 아데노신을 함유하는 화장료 조성물을 만들 경우 오일에 대한 수용성 아데노신의 용해도를 증가시켜 안정성을 높혀주게 되어 석출 현상이 없는 비수계 제형의 화장료 개발에 유용하다.
