Light emitted from the ultraviolet lamp (30) is transmitted outwards through the light-transmitting cover (60). By means of providing the TEC module (81), the heat dissipation module (82) and the fan (83), heat dissipation can be effectively carried out for the high-power ultraviolet lamp (30).
