PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope device for measurement, wherein troublesomeness in operation is reduced to improve operability.

SOLUTION: A reference point designating part 18b designates two reference points on an object to be measured. A reference curve calculation part 18c calculates a reference curve approximating the contour of the object to be measured based on the reference points. A deficit constituting point calculation part 18d calculates deficit constituting points constituting the contour of deficit formed on the object to be measured based on the reference points and the reference curve. A deficit size calculation part 18f measures the size of the deficit based on the deficit constituting points. Since the deficit size can be measured by designating two reference points, the troublesomeness in operation is lessened and the operability is improved.
