PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve comfortable wearing by suppressing skin troubles without making the inside of a wearing article stuffy when a temperature inside the wearing article increases.SOLUTION: The wearing article has a receiver 3 formed in a shorts-type chassis, and a suction pump being a suction structure is connected to the receiver 3 through a suction tube. When the suction pump is activated, urine received by the receiver 3 is suctioned and is discharged outside the chassis. The receiver 3 includes a surface sheet 32 making contact with the body of a wearer, a fluid detecting structure 4 for detecting excretion of urine, a traylike urine receiving container 5 which is located on a clothes side of the fluid detecting structure 4 and receives the urine, and a moisture absorbing structure 6 which is located on the clothes side of the urine receiving container 5 and absorbs vapor in the chassis 2.
