To provide a method for manufacturing a dental mill blank capable of improving the yield of dental mill blanks by suppressing occurrences of damage and minute cracks in an inorganic filler molded body, and capable of providing dental mill blanks excellent in mechanical strength.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a dental mill blank includes a process (process 1) for mixing an inorganic filler with a surface treatment agent to acquire a surface-treated inorganic filler, and a process (process 2) for press molding the surface-treated inorganic filler to acquire an inorganic filler molded body.
