In an ophthalmic composition for zwitterionic SCLs which contains pranoprofen and/or a salt thereof, the present invention purports to provide a technique for suppressing adsorption of the pranoprofen and/or salt thereof to the zwitterionic SCLs. By causing this zwitterionic SCL ophthalmic composition containing pranoprofen and/or a salt thereof to contain glycyrrhizic acid and/or a salt thereof, adsorption of the pranoprofen and/or salt thereof to zwitterionic SCLs can be effectively suppressed.本發明之目的在於提供一種針對含有普拉洛芬及/或其鹽之兩性離子性SCL用眼科用組成物，能抑制普拉洛芬及/或其鹽吸附於兩性離子性SCL之技術。在含有普拉洛芬及/或其鹽之兩性離子性SCL用眼科用組成物當中，使其含有甘草酸及/或其鹽，藉此能有效地抑制普拉洛芬及/或其鹽吸附於兩性離子性SCL。
