PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture an endoscopic image suitable for a surgery.SOLUTION: In an endoscope system of one of the aspects of this technology, a light source device irradiates a surgical field area with light, an imaging device images the surgical field area through a detachable scope, and an information processing device connected to the imaging device and the light source device, detects an effective area of the scope of captured images captured by the imaging device, and, on the basis of an evaluation value in the effective area, executes control processing including at least one of automatic focusing processing, automatic exposure processing, and automatic white balance processing.
