PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve installation strength by enhancing adhesion force of a block body to a water bottom and improving a function of inhibiting movement of the block body, even when waves are raging and tensile force of a rope body with respect to the block body becomes strong.SOLUTION: An anchor block includes a concrete block body 1 to be installed on a water bottom S, and captively holds a floating implement floating on water via a rope body. A bottom part 2 of the block body 1 comprises a protruding strip 3 perpendicularly installed along the peripheral edge thereof, and a recessed part 4 formed by being enclosed by the protruding strip 3. Sand on the water bottom enters inside the recessed part 4 and is closely stuck to a bottom 5 of the recessed part 4. When the weight of the block body 1 is W, the height thereof is H, the thickness of the protruding strip is E, and the height of the protruding strip is D, the following relational expressions are satisfied: 1,000 Kg&le；W&le；6,000 Kg, 250 mm&le；H&le；1,000 mm, 50 mm&le；E&le；300 mm, and 30 mm&le；D&le；150 mm.【課題】 ブロック本体の水底との密着力を増し、波が荒くなって、ブロック本体に対して索体よる引っ張り力が強くなっても、ブロック本体の動きを抑える機能の向上を図り、設置強度の向上を図る。【解決手段】 水底Ｓに設置されるコンクリート製のブロック本体１を有し水に浮く浮用具を索体を介して係留するもので、ブロック本体１の底面部２を、周縁に沿って垂設される凸条３と、凸条３によって囲繞されて形成される凹所４とを備えて構成し、凹所４内に水底の砂が入って凹所４の底面５に密着可能にした。また、ブロック本体１の重量をＷ、高さをＨ、凸条の厚さをＥ、凸条の高さをＤとしたとき、１０００Ｋｇ≦Ｗ≦６０００Ｋｇ、２５０ｍｍ≦Ｈ≦１０００ｍｍ、５０≦Ｅ≦３００ｍｍ、３０ｍｍ≦Ｄ≦１５０ｍｍに設定した。【選択図】 図２
