PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe pump capable of efficiently performing maintenance work.SOLUTION: The syringe pump is provided with a drive unit 10, a case 30, and a lid 50. The drive unit 10 includes a motor, a lead screw rotated by the motor, a shaft 18 which slides in a predetermined advancing direction with the rotation of the lead screw, and a slider 19 which slides integrally with the shaft 18 and presses a pusher of an injector. The case 30 is formed with a first hole through which the driving unit 10 can be inserted and a second hole 34 through which the slider 19 and a part of the shaft 18 can be inserted are formed, and can house the driving unit 10.
