Disclosed are a highly sensitive noninvasive biosignal detection apparatus using a circularly polarized helix antenna, and a method therefor. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the biosignal detection apparatus includes: a signal generation unit for generating a predetermined specific frequency signal at least two transmission helix antennas for transmitting circular polarizations based on the specific frequency signal to a subject a reception helix antenna for receiving a circular polarization including a biosignal reflected from the subject a mixer for generating an intermediate frequency (IF) signal by mixing the received circular polarization with the specific frequency signal and a detection unit for detecting the biosignal of the subject from the IF signal.원형편파 헬릭스 안테나를 이용한 고감도 비침습 생체신호 검출 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 생체신호 검출 장치는 미리 결정된 특정 주파수 신호를 생성하는 신호 생성부 상기 특정 주파수 신호에 기초한 원형편파를 대상체로 송신하는 적어도 두 개의 송신 헬릭스 안테나들 상기 대상체로부터 반사되는 생체신호를 포함하는 원형편파를 수신하는 수신 헬릭스 안테나 상기 수신된 원형편파와 상기 특정 주파수 신호를 혼합(mixing)하여 중간 주파수 신호(IF signal)를 생성하는 믹서 및 상기 중간 주파수 신호로부터 상기 대상체의 생체신호를 검출하는 검출부를 포함한다.
