The present invention relates to a novel thienopyrimidine derivative and a use thereof, and more particularly, to a novel thienopyrimidine derivative compound and a composition for preventing or treating cancer comprising the same. The compound of the present invention can be effectively used for treating cancer with high FLT3 inhibitory activity and safety.
