PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a connective tissue body capable of increasing a scope of design values such as a shape and a dimension of the connective tissue body.SOLUTION: A method of forming a connective tissue body includes: a fat treating step (a step S13) of removing a fat contained in a connective tissue body, with it set in a molding tool, the connective tissue body formed in environment in which a biological tissue material is present, and following the shape of the connective tissue body to a shape of the molding tool； and a bioinert water treatment step (a step S14) of immersing the connective tissue body in the bioinert water along with the molding tool, with the shape of the connective tissue body after the fat treating step, followed to the shape of the molding tool.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】結合組織体が有する形状や寸法などの設計値の範囲を広げることを可能とした結合組織体の形成方法を提供する。【解決手段】生体組織材料が存在する環境のなかで形成された結合組織体であって成形型にセットされた状態の結合組織体に含まれる脂肪を結合組織体の内部から除くと共に、結合組織体の形状を成形型の形状に追従させる脂肪処理工程（ステップＳ１３）と、脂肪処理工程後の結合組織体の形状を成形型の形状に追従させた状態で結合組織体を成形型と共に生体不活性水に浸ける生体不活性水処理工程（ステップＳ１４）とを含む。【選択図】図１
