The present invention relates to an implantable drug infusion pump which is implanted in a human body to accurately inject a small amount of a drug into the body without the phenomenon of drug leakage, and to a system thereof. According to the present invention, the implantable drug infusion pump comprises: a micro-diaphragm chamber which is filled with a drug and has elasticity； a micro-solenoid inlet valve which includes a first coil and a first plunger, wherein the first coil receives a voltage to generate a magnetic flux, and the first plunger, by vertically rotating due to a magnetic flux, opens and closes a first route between a first inlet in which the drug flows and a first outlet connected to the micro-diaphragm chamber； a micro-solenoid outlet valve which includes a second coil and a second plunger, wherein the second coil receives a voltage to form a magnetic flux, and the second plunger, by vertically rotating due to a magnetic flux, opens and closes a second route between a second inlet connected to the micro-diaphragm chamber and a second outlet from which a drug is released； and a control unit which transmits a voltage to the first coil and the second coil in a predetermined order.
