The pinch-prevention structure (400) comprises a pinch-prevention protection seat (410) and a rotation protection plate (420) both made of a hard material. The pinch-prevention protection seat (410) is provided with a bowl-shaped cavity with an opening facing upwards. A lower side of the pinch-prevention protection seat (410) is fixedly connected to the housing (100). The rotary massage head (220) is at least partially placed in the bowl-shaped cavity. The rotation protection plate (420) covers the opening of the bowl-shaped cavity, is fixedly connected to the connecting support (210) and does not interfere with any of the rotary massage heads (220).
