The present invention includes: sealing walls (12a, 12b) limiting the movement of fluid； a solid oxygen generating unit (13) accommodated in the sealing walls (12a, 12b)； a temperature controlling unit (14) controlling the temperature of the solid oxygen generating unit (13)； a humidity controlling unit (15) controlling the humidity of the solid oxygen generating unit (13)； and an inlet and an outlet (161, 162) provided for the intake and discharge of external air.
