PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens inserter 1 by which a lens 2 can be folded, pressed by a plunger 4 and discharged into the eye, and the folded lens 2 can be taken out by an extractor 15.SOLUTION: The intraocular lens inserter 1 for inserting into the eye the intraocular lens 2 which can be folded includes a tubular body 3 for allowing the intraocular lens 2 to pass through to guide the lens to the eye and the plunger 4 for pressing the intraocular lens 2 to discharge the lens to the eye. The intraocular lens 2 is folded by a folding member 8 provided in a lens arranging part 5.
