PURPOSE: A multistoried complex facility is provided to improve connectivity among facilities, thereby increasing income with the improvement of productivity and creating new jobs for elderly people. CONSTITUTION: A multistoried complex facility includes a pumping facility(1000), a livestock shed facility(2000), a solar light panel(110), a fan, and a rotary fan. The farming facility has multiple farming tanks. The livestock shed facility at the upper story of the pumping facility has a space for breeding livestock. The solar light panel at the upper side of the roof of the livestock shed facility generates electric energy using solar light. The fan between the livestock shed facility and the solar light panel generate electricity using external wind power. The rotary fan generates the electric energy using the kinetic energy of air which is ventilated by the ventilation fan of the livestock shed facility. The pumping facility has a water supply part for supplying water to the farming tank, a drain part for draining the water to the outside of the farming tank, and a water current generating part for generating a water current in the water which is housed in the farming tank.본 발명은 다층형 복합 시설물에 관한 것으로, 다수개의 양식 탱크를 구비하는 양수 시설물, 상기 양수 시설물의 상층에 위치하며, 가축이 사육되는 공간을 형성하는 축사 시설물 그리고, 상기 축사 시설물의 지붕 상측에 설치되어, 태양광을 이용하여 전기 에너지를 생산하는 태양광 패널을 포함하고, 상기 태양광 패널에서 생산된 전기에너지는 상기 양수 시설물 및 상기 축사 시설물로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층형 복합 시설물을 제공한다.본 발명에 의할 경우, 태양광 및 풍력을 이용하여 에너지를 자급함으로써 에너지 효율을 개선할 수 있고, 자동화 방식으로 시설물을 운영함으로써 노동 강도를 최소화시킬 수 있다.
