The present invention relates to an apparatus for freeze-drying agricultural and marine products, controlling a coolant flow path with an operation controller while installing a compressor, a condenser, a hot/cold chamber, a cold trap, and the operation controller in a coolant circulation path, so as to cool the hot/cold chamber and the cold trap with low temperature coolant passing the condenser, or heat the hot/cold chamber and the cold trap with high temperature coolant passing the compressor, and thereby freeze-drying the agricultural and marine products. According to the present invention, the whole internal space of the hot/cold chamber is cooled or heated, so a freeze-drying state of an inner and an outer layer of the agricultural and marine products stored in the hot/cold chamber is good. While heating the hot/cold chamber and the cold trap with the coolant passing the compressor, the apparatus cools the hot/cold chamber and the cold trap with the coolant passing the condenser, so as not to require a separate cooling or heating means. While material expenses are reduced due to unused of the cooling and heating means, an installation area is minimized due to decrease of the weight and the volume of a product. Moreover, energy expenses are reduced and at the same time, energy consumption efficiency is lowered due to the unused of the cooling and heating means, so the reliability of the product is enhanced.본 발명은 농수산물 동결건조장치에 관한 것으로서, 냉매의 순환경로 상에 압축기와, 응축기, 냉온실, 콜드트랩 및 작동제어기를 설치하되, 작동제어기로 냉매의 흐름 경로를 제어하여, 응축기를 통과한 저온의 냉매로 냉온실 및 콜드트랩을 냉각하거나 혹은 압축기를 통과한 고온의 냉매로 냉온실 및 콜드트랩을 가열하여 농수산물을 동결 및 건조시킨다.본 발명에 따르면, 냉온실 내부 공간 전체가 냉각 또는 가열되어 냉온실 내에 수용된 농수산물 내, 외층의 동결 및 건조 상태가 양호하고, 압축기를 통과한 냉매로 냉온실 및 콜드트랩을 가열하되, 응축기를 통과한 냉매로 냉온실 및 콜드트랩을 냉각하여 별도의 냉각수단 또는 가열수단이 불 필요하며, 이 냉각수단 및 가열수단의 미 사용으로 자제비가 절감되되, 제품의 중량 및 부피의 감소로 설치면적이 최소화 되고, 또한, 냉각수단 및 가열수단의 미 사용으로 전력비 절감과 동시에 에너지 소비효율이 저하되어 제품의 신뢰성이 향상되는 장점이 있다.
