The present invention relates to a compound of formula (1), wherein R1 and R4 are selected from halogen, small hydrocarbon or alkoxy moieties, R2 is a short alkyl moiety, and X is selected from -S-, -O-, -N(R5)-, wherein R5 is selected from H or a short alkyl moiety. Furthermore, the compound of formula (1) may be used as a medicament, particularly in the treatment of cancer.
