The present invention refers to a novel pharmaceutical composition in water-free liquid forms contained in a hard gelatin capsule and/or soft gelatin capsule, which consists in a) a pharmaceutically acceptable amount of one or more antihypertensive agents of angiotensin II receptor antagonist in combination with, b) a pharmaceutically acceptable amount of one or more diuretic agents, c) at least an agent for increasing the solubility of the active principles, d) at least an alkaline agent, e) at least an antioxidant and/or preserver, f) at least a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle and/or at least a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient all agents are contained in an oral administration system which contains one or more phases that are not limited to: liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, which is used for the treatment and/or control of hypertension and/or associated disorders.La presente invención se refiere a una novedosa composición farmacéutica en forma líquida libre de agua contenida en una cápsula de gelatina dura y/o cápsula de gelatina blanda que consiste en a) una cantidad farmacéuticamente aceptable de uno o más agentes antihipertensivos antagonistas del receptor de la angiotensina II en combinación con, b) una cantidad farmacéuticamente aceptable de uno o más agentes diuréticos, c) al menos un agente para incrementar la solubilidad de los principios activos, d) al menos un agente alcalino, e) al menos un antioxidante y/o conservador, f) al menos un vehículo farmacéuticamente aceptable y/o al menos un excipiente farmacéuticamente aceptable todos ellos contenidos en una sistema de administración oral que contiene una o más fases que de manera no limitativa puede ser: líquido-líquido, líquido-sólido que se utiliza para el tratamiento y/o control de hipertensión y/o desórdenes asociados.
