The present invention relates to a composition including a ginseng polysaccharide and a green tea polysaccharide for improvement of hair or scalp conditions. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition which uses a mixture obtained by mixing polysaccharides extracted from an extract of preprocessed ginseng and green tea. Accordingly, the composition prevents grey hair and hair loss, alleviates scalp irritation and inhibits dandruff, scalp inflammation, etc, thereby improving general hair conditions and having an excellent cleaning and calming effect on the scalp. The composition includes the ginseng polysaccharide and the green tea polysaccharide separately in a content of 0.001-10 wt% with respect to the total weight of the composition. The ginseng polysaccharide and the green tea polysaccharide are mixed in the weight ratio of 0.1-10:1.본 발명은 인삼 다당체와 녹차 다당체를 함유하는 모발 또는 두피 상태 개선용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 포제 처리한 인삼 및 녹차의 추출물로부터 추출한 각각의 다당체를 혼합하여 사용함으로써 백모 및 탈모를 방지하며, 두피에 대한 자극을 완화하고 비듬, 두피 염증 등을 억제하여 전반적인 모발 상태를 개선시키고 두피에 대한 정화 및 진정 효과가 우수한 조성물에 대한 것이다.
