The needle is pre-tensioned by an electric motor and automatically and forwardly catapulted. The needle is provided in a disinfecting liquid in a relieved state. The disinfected needle is plunged through a membrane into the skin. A disinfecting agent i.e. anti inflammatory agent, is sprayed under the skin by the needle in a pressing state. The device is made of different materials, colors and shapes. The needle exhibits diameter of around 0.3 mm.
