Disclosed is a light therapy device for managing body clock of a user. The light therapy device includes a mask unit, and an electronic processing device. The mask unit has a light emitting panel having a plurality of light emitting sources (LES), and a controller operably coupled to the light emitting panel for controlling operational characteristics of the LES. The electronic processing device is in operational communication with the controller, and includes a simulation module, which is adapted to receive one or more operating parameters from the user, and a profile corresponding to the user. The simulation module is further configured to process the operating parameters and the profile, and send the processed information to the controller for managing the body clock of the user. This allows a personalization of the light therapy being provided to the user.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de luminothérapie qui permet de gérer lhorloge biologique dun utilisateur. Le dispositif de luminothérapie comprend une unité masque ainsi quun dispositif de traitement électronique. Lunité masque comporte un panneau électroluminescent doté dune pluralité de sources électroluminescentes (LES), et un contrôleur couplé fonctionnellement au panneau électroluminescent afin de commander les caractéristiques fonctionnelles des LES. Le dispositif de traitement électronique est en communication fonctionnelle avec le contrôleur, et il inclut un module de simulation qui est conçu pour recevoir un ou plusieurs paramètres de fonctionnement en provenance de lutilisateur ainsi quun profil correspondant à lutilisateur. Le module de simulation est en outre prévu pour traiter les paramètres de fonctionnement et le profil, et pour envoyer les informations traitées au contrôleur afin de gérer lhorloge biologique de lutilisateur. Ainsi, il est possible de personnaliser la luminothérapie proposée à lutilisateur.
