PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model animal in which neurodegenerative disease related proteins are visualized in nerve cells.SOLUTION: There are provided: a recombinant vector in which a DNA coding for at least one protein selected from the group of neurodegenerative disease related proteins consisting of amyloid &bgr;, tau protein, α-synuclein, SOD1, TLS, TDP-43, huntingtin and prion protein, a DNA coding for a linker sequence comprising an arbitrary amino acid sequence whose length is 1-50 amino acids, and a DNA coding for a fluorescent protein, are linked in this order; and a transgenic non-human animal and a transgenic nematode, to which the recombinant vector is introduced.
