PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underwear eliminating fatigue in not only muscles likely to have stiffness but also a whole body and alleviating the stiffness by an effect of magnetic massage.SOLUTION: In health correction underwear, a fabric material having flexibility is coupled, magnets are placed so as to abut muscles, lymph node peripheries, and acupuncture points in acupuncture treatment located in any of a shoulder, back, and waist, and stimulus by magnetic flux is exerted on the muscles, lymph node peripheries, and acupuncture points in acupuncture treatment located in any of the shoulder, back, and waist. The magnets abutting the muscles comprise magnets of a small diameter and thin type arranged in a linear shape. The magnets abutting the lymph node peripheries comprise a plurality of magnets of a small diameter and thin type arranged while scattering so as to cover the lymph node peripheries.
