Treatment is combined with drug therapy consisting of injections of milgamma 2 ml intramuscularly, every other day, 10 per therapeutic course, and actovegin 10 ml intravenously drop-by-drop on 200 ml normal saline, 5 per course of treatment. If anxiety prevails over the HADS scale, administering tenoten anxiolytics 1 tablet 3 times a day, 2 weeks； then 1 tablet 2 times a day, 2 weeks； then 1 tablet once a day, 2 weeks. If HADS depression prevails, and Bec's score is more than 20 points, duloxetine canon antidepressant 30–120 mg/day for 30 days. Upon completion of the course, microcirculation is repeated. If the level of pain is reduced and the microcirculation is improved, the increase in M is 1.5 perf. units and more than the initial one, the conducted treatment is evaluated as effective and completed.
