PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dry syrup preparation of L-carbocysteine in which the sourness inherent to L-carbocysteine can be improved by a simpler production method, which can be relatively easily dispensed, is conveniently carried with, can be easily taken as it is, can be taken by suspending or dissolving before using the same and can be administered to subjects over a wide range from infants to the aged.SOLUTION: The syrup preparation having relieved sourness of L-carbocysteine has been finished in a more convenient production process by blending a sugar alcohol and a sweetener with high sweetness. The syrup preparation of L-carbocysteine thus obtained can be relatively easily dispensed, is conveniently carried with, can be easily taken as it is, can be taken by suspending or dissolving before using the same and can be administered to subjects over a wide range from infants to the aged.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 L-カルボシステインの有する酸味をより簡便な製造方法で改善し,調剤業務が比較的容易で携帯に便利であり、そのままでも服用しやすく、用時懸濁あるいは溶解して服用可能で、なおかつ小児から高齢者まで服用可能なL-カルボシステインのドライシロップ剤を得ることを目的とする。【解決手段】 糖アルコールと高甘味度甘味剤を配合することで、より簡便な製造工程でL-カルボシステインの酸味を軽減させたドライシロップ剤を完成させた。こうして得られたL-カルボシステインのドライシロップ剤は調剤業務が比較的容易で携帯に便利で、そのままでも服用しやすく、用時水に懸濁あるいは溶解して服用することができ、なおかつ小児から高齢者まで服用可能となった。【選択図】 なし
