PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combination of an oxidant and a photoactivator for the healing of wounds.SOLUTION: It is highly desirable to provide a novel composition for the healing of skin damage and wounds in order to not only destroy bacteria but also to improve and accelerate a healing process following the establishment of pathologic lesions, trauma or injury.
