PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo stepper that allows a user to easily obtain an effect only by placing the feet thereon, utilizing the time to sit on a chair.SOLUTION: A seesaw type bamboo stepper 1 of inverted triangular form whose cross-sectional shape is a sector 2 on the bottom face is placed under a desk. Utilizing a long time of desk work and study, the feet are naturally placed in a posture of being seated on the chair, and the feet are freely played while being adjusted to the upward toe angle to stimulate the pressure points on the soles 4 of the feet to thereby take off fatigue. A sufficient effect can be obtained only with the weight of the feet due to a long time, and there is also an effect of extending the muscles of the calves by standing on the split bamboo with the heels touching the floor. The spine is extended to obtain a hip-up effect by standing on the split bamboo with the toes touching the floor, and body balancing exercise can be obtained by standing on the split bamboo 1 as a seesaw type.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】椅子に座る時間を利用して、足を載せるだけで楽に効果の得られる青竹踏みを提供する。【解決手段】机の下に底面に横の断面が扇形2になる逆三角形のシーソー型の青竹踏み1を置き、デスクワークや勉強の長い時間を利用して、椅子に腰を掛けた姿勢で必然的に足を載せ、つま先上がりの角度に合わせられて、足を自由に遊ばせて足裏4のツボを刺激し疲労の取れるようにした。長い時間のために足の重みだけで効果は充分に得られ、更に、踵をつけて立つことにより脹ら脛の筋肉を伸ばす効果もあり、つま先をつけて立つことにより背筋が伸びてヒップアップの効果も得られる。シーソー型にして上に立つと体のバランス運動にもなる。【選択図】図1
