A vascular clamp for temporary occlusion of blood vessels during in minimally invasive surgery is disclosed. The vascular clamp includes a positioning element with opposite two surfaces, a constricting element and a strengthening element. The positioning element includes a perforation, a positioning hole and a joining crack connecting the perforation and the positioning hole. All of the perforation, the positioning hole and the joining crack penetrate the opposite two surfaces. The constricting element has a joining end connecting the positioning element and a free end opposite to the joining end. The constricting element has a positioning section with a plurality of locking chunks used to lock at the positioning hole. Two of the locking chunks are connected by a neck.
