PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double inner stopper for a medical fluid container which prevents a medical fluid in the medical fluid container from scattering in a cap when the cap is removed and has no possibility of generating deterioration of the medical fluid.SOLUTION: An inner cylinder 11 and an outer cylinder 12 respectively integrally molded are combined coaxially vertically, and are inserted into an opening part K1 of the medical fluid container K, and the lower end part of a blocking pin 12b of the outer cylinder 12 is inserted into a tapered hole 11b of the bottom part of the inner cylinder 11 constituting the double inner stopper 10 of the medical fluid container K.
