The present invention relates to a self-supporting interface wound dressing made with a thin layer of a composition comprising a hydrophobic matrix having through holes. According to the present invention, the hydrophobic matrix is added to 100 parts by weight of a styrene / saturated olefin / styrene triblock copolymer having a viscosity of 0.2 to 2 Pa · s measured with a 10% (weight / weight) toluene solution. On the other hand, it contains 400 to 1220 parts by weight of plasticizer, preferably plasticized oil, and 0 to 720 parts by weight of petroleum jelly, and the total content of plasticizer and petroleum jelly is 750 parts by weight or more.
