PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene-recombination plant factory exactly controlling a light environment required for gene-recombination plant cultivation by using both sunlight and artificial light.SOLUTION: The gene-recombination plant factory for cultivating gene-recombination plants includes a roll type reflecting device 34 which is installed in a lighting chamber above a cultivation chamber 11, penetrates sunlight into the cultivation chamber or shields, and reflects artificial light from an illuminator 31 with a reflecting material when shielding, a sunlight measuring photon sensor 37 which detects the photosynthesis effective photon flux density of sunlight, and a cultivation photon sensor 39 which is installed in the cultivation chamber 11 and detects the photosynthesis effective photon flux density shining on gene-recombination plants. Furthermore, the factory includes a light quantity control device 40 into which the detection values of the photosynthesis effective photon flux density from the photon sensors 37 and 39 are input, and which penetrates or shields sunlight with the roll type reflecting device 34 to adjust the light environment for gene-recombination plants, based on the detection values, and controls the light quantity of artificial light from the illuminator 31.【課題】太陽光と人工光を併用し、遺伝子組換え植物の栽培に必要な光環境を的確に制御できる遺伝子組換え植物工場を提供する。【解決手段】遺伝子組換え植物を栽培する遺伝子組換え植物工場において、栽培室１１の上方の採光室に設けられ、太陽光を栽培室内に透過又は遮蔽すると共に遮蔽時に反射材で照明器具３１からの人工光を反射する巻取式反射装置３４と、太陽光の光合成有効光量子束密度を検出する太陽光測定光量子センサ３７と、栽培室１１に設けられ、遺伝子組換え植物に当たる光合成有効光量子束密度を検出する栽培用光量子センサ３９と、これら光量子センサ３７，３９からの光合成有効光量子束密度の検出値が入力され、その検出値に基づいて遺伝子組換え植物の光環境を調整すべく巻取式反射装置３４で太陽光の透過又は遮蔽を行うと共に、照明器具３１からの人工光の光量を制御する光量制御装置４０とを備えたものである。【選択図】図２
