The present invention relates to a blood collecting device. According to the present invention, the blood collecting device includes: a lancet which includes a blood collecting needle, lancet body where the blood collecting needle is fixed and first and second step parts are formed on one side, and a protection holder detachably coupled to one end of the lancet body； a housing which includes an accommodation space for reciprocation of the lancet body, a first opening for exposure of the blood collecting needle formed on one end, a second opening formed on one side, and a first stopping end formed towards the accommodation space； an elastic member which is installed inside the housing and engaged with the other end of the lancet body to provide an elastic force to the other end of the lancet body； and an operating button which elastically extends from the housing at a position adjacent to the second opening and includes one end where an operating part exposed outside the second opening is formed and the other end where a protrusion part protrudes towards the inside of the second opening and is hung on the first protrusion.
