Die Erfindung betrifft einen dimeren Komplex aus selektiv deglycosyliertem Vitamin D bindenden Protein (GcMAF) und Cholecalciferol (Calciol). Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines derartigen Komplexes, in welchem man Vitamin D bindendes Protein mit Calciol reagieren lässt und davor oder danach selektiv deglycosyliert, wobei man schließlich das sich ergebende Produkt mit einem Molekularsieb mit einem Cut-Off-Wert von mehr als 60 kDa von Verunreinigungen größeren Molekulargewichts, insbesondere von Enzymen der selektiven Deglycosylierung, trennt.The invention relates to a dimeric complex of selectively deglycosylated vitamin D binding protein (GcMAF) and cholecalciferol (calciol).
