Air treatment system with improved control system. The control system may include a dynamic "dead-front" display that changes the display based on the operating mode. The display may include a capacitive touch sensor and may include an array of capacitive coating segments or trace elements incorporated into the display. The control system may include a self-contained electronic component module that can be tested and calibrated before installation in the ATS. The dust sensor assembly may be incorporated into the electronic component module. For the front cover, the upper part is a mechanical attachment and the bottom part is a magnetic attachment and may be attached. The ATS may include filter holders with rotating clips configured to act in a cam shape to tighten the particle filter and carbon filter in the correct position.
