PURPOSE: A germicide generating apparatus is provided to effectively increase the electrolysis efficiency of an electrolytic cell and restrict a current leakage.CONSTITUTION: A germicide generating apparatus comprises an electrolyte inlet unit(410), a germicide discharge unit(430), an electrolytic cell(420), first and second joint parts, and an external power supply connection terminal(450). The electrolytic cell is located between the electrolyte inlet unit and the germicide discharge unit. The first joint part connects the electrolyte inlet unit and the electrolytic cell. The second joint part connects the germicide discharge unit and the electrolytic cell. The electrolytic cell comprises an anode terminal electrode, a cathode terminal electrode, and a plurality of bipolar electrodes that are located between the anode and cathode terminal electrodes.
