PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing line guide having excellent strength while achieving weight reduction of a whole fishing rod.SOLUTION: The fishing line guide includes a guide ring 6 having an insertion hole 6A for passing the fishing line, and a guide body 7 to hold the guide ring 6. The guide body 7 is composed of an exterior member 7A made of a prepreg and a guide core member 7B made of a metal and covering the exterior member 7A.
